We're Here to Help
We believe everyone has the innate ability to change. Our role as your therapist is to facilitate change in areas you want to see improvement. We work from a variety of validating approaches that empowers and motivates people in the therapeutic process. Change can often be difficult therefore requiring someone to guide us through the process and develop clarity. The goal is to not alter who you are, but adjust how to respond to a changing and stressful world.
You will find scheduling an appointment at our clinics a pleasant experience.
I have in person at my Fayetteville, Arkansas office and telehealth across the state of Arkansas.

Josh received his Bachelor's Degree from the University Of Arkansas and his Master's Degree in counseling from John Brown University. He is certified to practice mental health counseling through the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling and the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Drug and Alcohol Counseling.
He has worked in the mental health field for 15 years, helping adolescents and adults work through their most concerning problems in life. He has experience working with anxiety, depression, Borderline Personality Disorders, OCD, PTSD, and addictions.
He is a husband and a father, living in Northwest Arkansas. He takes the approach of being a person with his clients, while using effective therapy approaches to help them heal from their problems.
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself lately, you don't have to sort it out alone. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who helps people work through anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, ADHD, autism, and the big life adjustments that knock us off balance—including postpartum anxiety and depression.
My style is warm, honest, and down to earth. I'm not here to sit across from you like a blank wall. I take the time to be a real person with you, so you feel free to be the real, raw version of yourself—no performance required. The goal for every session is simple: that you leave feeling truly heard, a little more hopeful, and with a clearer sense of where to go next.
I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy, and I tailor my approach to fit you rather than the other way around. My experience spans both inpatient and outpatient settings, so I'm comfortable meeting people wherever they are in their journey.
To me, this work is really about hope—a belief that we all carry an innate pull to do, be, and feel better. When we take care of ourselves, we're better able to take care of one another. I'd be honored to help you take that next step. Reach out and let's talk.
